What a concept? Can't spend more than you either have or can save by cutting spending somewhere else. Maybe AIG, Lehman Brothers, GM, Chrysler should have been managing their businesses the way the rest of the grunts have to! CNN RSS feed about Obama pushing for this seem a bit after the fact. One trillion spent and no PAYGO legislation in place.
